REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Budget Steel & Tools Supply, LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed through our website.

Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns if:

The request is made within 14 days of delivery. 
- 
The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. 
- 
You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt). 
Non-returnable items include:

Custom-cut or fabricated materials 
- 
Clearance or final-sale items 
- 
Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling 
Return Process:

Contact us first – Email service@budgetsteel.net or call 862-234-2131 with your order number and reason for return. 
- 
We’ll provide a Return Authorization and instructions on where to ship your item. 
- 
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. 
- 
Returned items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is issued. 
Refunds:
- 
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. 
- 
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. 
- 
If a discount or coupon was used, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price paid. 
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- 
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. 
- 
Provide photos of the damage or defect. 
- 
We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you. 
Exchanges:
We can exchange items of equal value if the return meets the eligibility requirements above. For different-priced items, we will either bill or refund the difference.
